All one-off bookings (of non-recurring programming) like a one-time Private Lesson, Court Rental, and Adult Clinic), are available 7 days in advance.
All booking is 7-days in advance, meaning you can only reserve at the earliest, 7 days before your desired date & time.
All registration for recurring programming, like Seasonals, Junior Development Program, Adult Leagues, and Mini Camp, require prior registration and payment. This may depend on season, time of the year, and availability.
Participation is required in full for the complete program schedule. If you are joining after the commencement of a program, the rate will be prorated plus a 10% admin fee.

Cancellation Policy Established in 2019
All cancellations must be made 48-hours in advance of your scheduled booking. If you cancel within the 48-hours, you will be charged in full.
For Example: If your scheduled court or lesson is on Saturday at 12pm, you must cancel before Thursday 12pm.

All appointments are given a 15 minute grace period. after 14 minutes, your appointment is no longer guaranteed. if you are going to be late to you booking, we please ask that you try to contact our office to let us know if you will be attending.
If you are late to your appointment and still participate in the lesson or court rental, this does not extend your “end” time. For Example: If you are 8 minutes late to your appointment, your end time will not be extended 8 minutes.

If there is weather that results in a facility closure and we need to cancel your booking, you will be notified and there will be no charge.
If there is inclement weather during your appointment time that results in facility closure and cancellation, please see the breakdown below:
0-15 Minutes of Play: No Charge
15-40 Minutes of Play: 30 Minute Charge
45-60: 60 Minute Charge

Year-Round, we classify Weekdays as Monday through Thursday. Weekends are Friday through Sunday. Some three day holiday weekends will fall under the weekend rate, regardless of the day of the week.

Extra Player Fee Established in 2019:
All Private Lesson bookings are considered one-on-one reservations. Any additional player is $20 per person.
All Court Rental bookings are considered maximum 4 players. Any additional player is $20 fee per person.

There is a 10% admin fee for all partial or late registration for scheduled programming like Adult Leagues, Seasonals & JDP.

Code of Conduct

It is the responsibility of the players to arrive and depart at your scheduled start & end times. If you arrive late, you are still required to vacate your court at the scheduled time - do not exceed your scheduled court time. Do not enter the court before your allotted reservation time. Unfinished games or sets may NOT be completed unless otherwise dictated by FS Tennis Club staff.

FS Tennis Club is committed to safeguarding and promoting the well-being of all tennis players and clients ensuring a positive, inclusive and enjoyable experience for all. We believe that it is important that players, coaches, administrators and parents should, at all times, show respect and understanding for the safety and welfare of others. Thus, please remain familiar with club regulations and policies. At FS Tennis Club you are expected to abide by the following Code of Conduct. Tennis is meant to be fun. Please help us keep it that way.
Mistakes and miscommunications will happen. Please continue to treat those around you with courtesy and respect regardless of the situation. FS Tennis Club will do the best it can to uphold and enforce policies and code of conduct.

While play is in progress, do not walk behind players/ courts until it is safe to do so. Keep all personal items off the confines of the playing court, and within the sidelines of your assigned court. Courts must be left in the conditions they are found in. Clear all personal items after playing is complete, use trash and towel receptacles for the appropriate items. All tennis balls must be returned to the hoppers at the end of your court time.
As a common courtesy, clay court sweeping is appreciated but not required.

Use correct and proper language at all times. Refrain from swearing, yelling, arguing, causing damage to the courts, or any otherwise aggressive behavior. This includes actions toward another player on court or surrounding courts, any coach, administrator or other staff member. This behavior will not be tolerated. If a player's behavior results in any type of damage, they are responsible for any cost there may be to repair.
Players should wear appropriate sportswear attire - there are no mandatory clothing uniforms. Only tennis shoes are permitted on the courts.
No smoking, glass bottles, or alcoholic beverages are permitted anywhere on the property, in addition to the tennis courts.
FS Tennis Club reserves the right to remove any player from current or future sessions if the player is not acting in accordance to the code of conduct, club policies, and general common courtesy.

Two-Strike Policy
We follow a two-strike policy. If the same issue arises more than once, the player may be temporarily excluded from participating in certain activities (such as leagues, clinics, tournaments, or group sessions) for a specified period, or indefinitely. This decision will be made at our discretion based on the severity of the issue.This approach ensures that we handle any incidents fairly while maintaining the integrity and positive environment of the club. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in maintaining a respectful atmosphere for everyone.
